Payment options:

After your confirmation we will send you a booking confirmation form, which has to be filled in and send back to us by fax or email. At this stage we will ask for a deposit of 25% of the total amount through online payment form or transferred to our bank account.

Rest of payment will be requested one month before your arrival date in order to send your travel documents (services voucher, flight tickets … etc.) 

For any credit card payments after arrival, an additional 3% will be added over total requested amount.

 

Cancellation policy:

We always feel regret when one of our guests decide to cancel his/her trip; As much as we feel sad, we understand it’s because of an unexpected reason. We also expect from our clients to understand that applying a cancellation policy to their trip is something out of our hands since hotels, cruises, transportations …. etc. are charging us a big bill when we cancel with them. 

If it is your final decision to cancel your trip, then we are kindly requesting you to send us a written cancellation, send it by email and get a confirmation email from our side that we received it.

 

How do we calculate it:

For 30 calendar days or more in advance of scheduled departure or commencement time:  %25 of total bill will be applied.

Between 10 - 30 calendar days in advance of scheduled departure or commencement time: %50 of total bill will be applied.

Less than 10 calendar days of scheduled departure or commencement time: 100% of total bill will be applied.

 

Domestic flight tickets are nonrefundable, airlines may impose 100% cancellation fees

All prices mentioned in our website are including taxes.

 

Refunds:

Refund will be made to the same credit card or using the same method of original transaction.

 

 

Children Policy:

0-01.99: Free of Charge, sharing parent’s room and meals

02-5.99: 25% of adult’s rate, sharing parent’s room and meals

06 -11.99: 50% of adult’s rate, sharing parent’s with extra bed

12+: Pays as adult
