  • Day 1
    Giza pyramids, Great Sphinx & Egyptian museum Memphis

    Upon arrival at port said city; El Mahmoud Travel team will greet and assist you at the port then you will start your memorable journey “driving 3 hours approximately”. Upon arrival Cairo; Start your tour with one of the seven wonders of ancient world “Giza Pyramids’’. Built 4500 years ago to be tombs of pharaohs. Proceed to the Great sphinx which was one block of stone with a lion’s body and the head of chephren the pharaoh of middle pyramid. The sphinx in Egyptian mythology considered the guardian god. Stop for lunch at a nice restaurant near the pyramids. Continue your tour with a visit to the Egyptian museum where you will see the famous treasures of the young pharaoh Tutankhamun then the relics of pharaohs from different periods of the ancient Egyptian history. At the end of the tour; You will be transferred to your hotel in Cairo for check in & overnight.

    Sakkara, Saladdin Citadel & Alabaster mosque

    Buffet breakfast at your hotel & check out. Start your enjoyable tour by driving in Cairo suburb enjoy the farms scenery till you reach the first city in the world Memphis where you will see the statue of the most famous pharaoh RamsesII and the alabaster sphinx of the first famous queen in Egypt. Proceed to the first stone structure and the first pyramid in the world Djoser’s pyramid or the step pyramid built 5000 years ago Stop for lunch at a local restaurant. Continue to Saladdin citadel who chased the crusaders from Jerusalem to Cairo when he became victorious ruled Egypt and defended himself by building the fortress 1172 AD.It became residential place and enclosed many buildings most important of them is the great mosque of Mohamed Ali Pasha or the Alabaster mosque built 1845AD,. At the end of the tour; You will be transferred back to Port Said.
